Advanced Course: Effective Communication in the Workplace (4 Hours)

This advanced course is designed to help professionals and teams develop practical skills to manage conflicts effectively in the workplace. Participants will engage in conflict analysis within the company, take part in role-plays and simulations, and work on real-life cases to practice applying the concepts in a safe and guided environment.

Team Building: Collaboration and Trust Through Communication (6 hours up to 2 days)

This interactive team building program is designed to improve communication, collaboration, and trust within teams. Participants engage in group exercises, conflict resolution games, and simulations, and learn techniques for giving feedback with empathy.

During the sessions, teams will participate in activities specifically designed to build trust, enhance collaboration, and align team goals. For longer, 2-day events, I also offer mediation of ongoing conflicts to help teams address real workplace issues in a guided and safe environment.

Internal Communication Analyses and Report (1/2 months)

This is a service designed to help organizations identify communication issues and recurring conflicts within teams. Through individual interviews, analysis of recurring conflict patterns, and mapping of employees’ needs and internal communication styles, I provide a clear picture of what is not working. The service includes silent observation of meetings, the definition of tailored strategies and customized training, and a final report highlighting critical issues and practical solutions to improve internal communication, reduce conflict, and support healthier team dynamics.

This service includes an in-depth analysis of internal communication through shadow coaching, combined with short monthly anonymous surveys to monitor employee feedback on conflicts and communication. It offers weekly or monthly online consulting sessions, both individual and group, bi-monthly thematic training sessions based on real company insights (including role-plays, practical exercises, and real workplace cases), priority online support for HR and team leaders, and a customized internal communication manual delivered at the end of the project to ensure long-term impact and clarity.
