Finding and communicating with vendors, coordinating logistics, and keeping track of all the details can be exhausting. You end up stressed, overwhelmed, and needing a holiday after the retreat.

You don't have to do it all yourself.

I can take care of the planning and coordination so you can focus on what really matters: your program, your participants, and the experience you want to create.

As a former wedding planner, I bring strong organizational skills, professionalism, and years of experience coordinating events and working with multiple vendors.

I plan and coordinate small personal development and holistic events and retreats, including yoga and wellness retreats, for groups of up to 15 people.

On-Site Coordination - from 400€ for a 2-day / 2-night retreat

This includes:

On-site coordination throughout the retreat
Communication with vendors and handling last-minute changes
Preparing activity spaces when needed
Helping participants stay on schedule
Managing day-to-day logistics and practical issues

Not included: travel expenses and accommodation. A private room is required for the duration of the retreat.

Full Planning - from 1500€

Planning only:

Finding the right venue for your retreat, including researching and contacting up to 4 suitable venues.
Finding and contacting additional vendors, such as massage therapists, therapists, holistic practitioners, photographers, videographers, and other services you may need.
Negotiating with vendors and helping you secure the best arrangements for your retreat.
Managing the logistics, including guest transportation, schedules, practical arrangements, and coordinating the menu around dietary requirements and restrictions.

Your guests, your relationship

You remain the main point of contact for your guests throughout the process. I will be the bridge between you and the vendors, but I will not communicate directly with your guests or act as their first point of contact.

You can fully be present for your participants, enjoy your retreat alongside them, and go home feeling rested rather than exhausted.

Practical information: prices can be adjusted depending on the scope of work and number of days.

Travel expenses and accommodation are not included. A private room is required for the duration of my stay.

Full planning / Emotional Support for the Group

If you'd like me to plan your retreat and also support your group emotionally, I can:

Plan and coordinate your retreat or event
Host a workshop on how to manage conflicts
Support your group during the event, with conflict mediation and emotional support
