When You Are Stuck In The Same Argument
When You Are Stuck In The Same Argument
Same conversation. Same person.
Same exhaustion...
There’s another way
With a partner, a family member, a friend or a colleague, the conversation keeps going in circles. You know there must be another way to see it, and you’d like to, but the judgment is still too strong. That’s human, and it can soften.
This is for you if:
You feel misunderstood, or you can’t see the situation from the other side
You get triggered and say things you regret, or you stay silent and feel resentment
You find it hard to say no or to set boundaries
You’d like to be more open and calmer, without taking everything personally
How we work:
We look at the feelings and needs underneath how you act in the conflict, because what we argue about is rarely the real reason we argue. If there is room and you feel ready, we also look at the other person’s side, with empathy. We use techniques that help your nervous system settle, gives you perspective, and helps you find the words for a clear, gentle request.
What you may feel:
More awareness in the moment of conflict, more ease in expressing yourself, more empathy, less reactivity.
This isn’t therapy. We work with the present and build strategies for what’s ahead.
